ORDER. After receiving your order and the
payment authorization from our credit card payments provider,
NeoLogoDesign will send you a confirmation by email, within
48 hours, informing you the inmediate start of your project. |

INITIAL DESIGNS. The designer assigned to your project
will present to the client at least 4 initial logo ideas within
3 working days. The client will have access to his personal
proof page within our web site.

REVISIONS. At this point you may choose
an option as it is or make edits to wichever option you select
as favorite. Results of each revision phase or additional concepts
will be presented to the client within 3 working days. 3 rounds
of edits are included with your payment. |

DELIVERY. Within 48 hours the logo has been aproved
by the client, we will send the logo in native file format
(Corel Draw) and in 72 dpi optimized GIF. Other
formats and sizes can be delivered for free, upon the client
request.

OWNERSHIP/COPYRIGHTS. Ownership (copyright and
title) of the final artwork become the property of the
Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free
use of the image upon payment of all fees. NeoLogoDesign
retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and
advertising materials. All concepts, comprehensives, or
other preliminary materials, which are not selected by
the Client or are not included into the final delivery,
remain the full property of NeoLogoDesign. We expect the
Client to perform researching on their company name to
be sure the name is not already in use and securing a
trademark or service.
